This is a great East African coffee.

It has a very fruity aroma due to high altitude growing, and if you close your eyes you might pick up a lemony flavour.

This gives it a mild citric acidity.

It is a popular crisp coffee with a lot of flavour for a stand alone coffee.

Enjoy the earthy aftertaste.

For the brave, add some Kalahari Springbok to this bean to enjoy a homemade variation.

Ostrich Medium Roast

This is a sweet cup with mild malic acidity typically associated with red apple flavours.

Try to find the aroma of toast and enjoy the chocolate aftertaste.

The coffee is well balanced and would do well with any one of our spice infusions.

Africa meets Central America here, and the marriage is bliss.

The African acidity is softened with sweetness and the result is a full, satisfying body.

Toasted almonds, cocoa and dried fruit is what you should be looking for.

Elephant

Elephant is the baby in the Kalahari. It was going to be simple and uncomplicated. And yes, it is. It is simply devine!

Caramel and toasty notes with a hint of lemongrass. Find deeper some cherry and chocolate in the aftertaste. Africa meets Africa in this local coffee.
